手板模型是什么？

通俗點(diǎn)講，手板就是在沒(méi)有開(kāi)模具的前提下，根據產(chǎn)品外觀(guān)圖紙或結構圖紙先做出的一個(gè)或幾個(gè)，用來(lái)檢查外觀(guān)或結構合理性的功能樣板。手板目前在不同的地方亦稱(chēng)為首板。
Generally speaking, the hand board is one or several functional templates made according to the product appearance drawing or structure drawing to check the rationality of appearance or structure without opening the mold. At present, the hand board is also called the first board in different places.
手板按照制作的手段分，可分為手工手板和數控手板：
According to the manufacturing methods, the hand board can be divided into hand board and NC hand board:
（1）手工手板：其主要工作量是用手工完成的。手工手板分abs手板和油泥手板
(1) Manual hand board: its main workload is completed by hand. There are two kinds of hand boards: ABS hand board and clay hand board
（2）數控手板：其主要工作量是用數控機床完成的，而根據所用設備的不同，又可分為激光快速成形（ sla）手板和加工（CNC）手板和RP手板（3D打印。
(2) CNC hand board: its main workload is completed by CNC machine tools. According to the different equipment used, it can be divided into laser rapid prototyping (SLA) hand board, machining (CNC) hand board and RP hand board (3D printing).
A： RP手板：主要是用3D打印技術(shù)生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的手板，激光快速成型做的手板俗稱(chēng)sla手板，不過(guò)激光快速成型是3D打印的其中一種。
A: RP hand board: it is mainly produced by 3D printing technology. The hand board made of laser rapid prototyping is commonly known as SLA hand board, but laser rapid prototyping is one of 3D printing.
B： CNC手板：主要是用加工生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的手板。
B: CNC hand board: it is mainly produced by processing.
手板的優(yōu)點(diǎn)體現在它能非常準確的反映圖紙所表達信息，而且CNC手板表面質(zhì)量高，尤其在其完成表面噴涂和絲印后，甚比開(kāi)模具后生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品還要光彩照人。 因此，CNC手板制造愈來(lái)愈成為手板制造業(yè)的主流。
The advantage of the hand board is that it can accurately reflect the information expressed in the drawing, and the surface quality of the CNC hand board is high, especially after the surface spraying and silk screen printing, it is even more glorious than the products produced after opening the mold. Therefore, the CNC hand board manufacturing has increasingly become the mainstream of the hand board manufacturing industry.
