手板加工設備CNC機床有以下要求：

機床要有好的剛性和與承載能力；
The machine tool should have good rigidity and bearing capacity;
工作臺面尺寸要與手板外形尺寸相適應；
The size of the worktable should be compatible with the overall size of the hand board;
要有高的精度及精度保持性；
It should have high accuracy and accuracy retention;
要能快率高地去除余量，且有很高的可靠性；
It should be able to remove the residual quickly and efficiently with high reliability;
要求機床能多軸聯(lián)動(dòng)，且配有大信息容量的數控系統。

The manufacturing process of CNC hand board
編程：編程人員分析3D圖紙，編寫(xiě)控制數控加工程式語(yǔ)言；

CNC加工：cnc加工把多余的地方去掉，從而得到手板的雛形；
CNC processing: CNC processing to remove the redundant place, so as to get the prototype of the hand board;
手工處理；
Manual processing;
表面處理：噴漆、絲印、電鍍、特殊的有鐳雕、陽(yáng)極氧化、拉絲等；
