快速成型RP技術(shù)的應用都有哪些方面?

提高RP技術(shù)的應用水平是促進(jìn)RP技術(shù)發(fā)展的重要方面。目前,快速成型技術(shù)已廣泛應用于工業(yè)建模、機械制造、航空航天、軍事、建筑、影視、家電、輕工、醫藥、考古、文化藝術(shù)、雕塑、珠寶等領(lǐng)域。隨著(zhù)技術(shù)本身的發(fā)展,其應用領(lǐng)域也將不斷擴大。RP技術(shù)的實(shí)際應用主要集中在以下幾個(gè)方面:
Improving the application level of RP technology is an important aspect to promote the development of RP technology. At present, rapid prototyping technology has been widely used in industrial modeling, machinery manufacturing, aerospace, military, architecture, film and television, home appliances, light industry, medicine, archaeology, culture and art, sculpture, jewelry and other fields. With the development of technology itself, its application field will continue to expand. The practical application of RP technology mainly focuses on the following aspects:
(1)快速成型技術(shù)在新產(chǎn)品建模設計中的應用,為工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的設計者和建立了一種新的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)模型。RP技術(shù)的應用可以快速、直接、準確地將設計思想轉化為具有一定功能的物理模型(樣本),不僅縮短了開(kāi)發(fā)周期,還降低了開(kāi)發(fā)成本,使企業(yè)在激烈的市場(chǎng)競爭中占有優(yōu)勢。
(1) The application of rapid prototyping technology in new product modeling and design establishes a new product development model for the designers and developers of industrial products. The application of RP technology can quickly, directly and accurately transform the design idea into a physical model (sample) with certain functions, which not only shortens the development cycle, but also reduces the development cost, so that the enterprise has an advantage in the fierce market competition.
(2)在機械制造領(lǐng)域的應用由于RP技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),在機械制造領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應用,多用于制造單件或小批量金屬零件。有些特殊復雜零件,由于只生產(chǎn)單件,或50件以下的小批量,一般可以直接采用RP技術(shù)成型,成本低,周期短。
(2) Application in the field of mechanical manufacturing due to the characteristics of RP technology, it has been widely used in the field of mechanical manufacturing, mostly used to manufacture single or small batch of metal parts. Some special and complex parts can be directly formed by RP technology because they only produce single parts or small batches of less than 50 pieces, with low cost and short cycle.
傳統模具生產(chǎn)時(shí)間長(cháng),成本高??焖俪尚图夹g(shù)與傳統模具制造技術(shù)相結合,可以大大縮短模具制造的開(kāi)發(fā)周期,提高生產(chǎn)效率,是解決模具設計制造薄弱環(huán)節的有效途徑??焖俪尚图夹g(shù)在模具制造中的應用可以分為直接成型和間接成型,直接成型是指利用RP技術(shù)直接堆放生產(chǎn)模具,間接成型是個(gè)快速成型零件的生產(chǎn),然后是部分復制所需的模具。
Traditional mold production time is long and cost is high. The combination of rapid prototyping technology and traditional mold manufacturing technology can greatly shorten the development cycle of mold manufacturing and improve production efficiency, which is an effective way to solve the weak link of mold design and manufacturing. The application of rapid prototyping technology in mold manufacturing can be divided into direct molding and indirect molding. Direct molding refers to the use of RP technology to directly stack production mold. Indirect molding is the production of the first rapid prototyping part, and then part of the mold required for replication.
近年來(lái),關(guān)于RP技術(shù)在醫學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應用研究較多。在醫學(xué)圖像數據的基礎上,利用RP技術(shù)制作人體器官模型,具有很大的手術(shù)應用價(jià)值。
In recent years, there are many researches on the application of RP technology in the field of medicine. On the basis of medical image data, RP technology is used to make human organ model, which has great application value in surgery.


在文化藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域,快速原型制造技術(shù)主要用于藝術(shù)創(chuàng )作、文物復制、數字雕塑等。
In the field of culture and art, rapid prototype manufacturing technology is mainly used in art creation, cultural relics reproduction, digital sculpture, etc.
在航空航天領(lǐng)域,氣動(dòng)地面模擬實(shí)驗(即風(fēng)洞實(shí)驗)是航天飛機系統(即航天飛機)設計中必不可少的重要環(huán)節。該模型具有形狀復雜、精度要求高、流線(xiàn)型等特點(diǎn)。采用RP技術(shù)。根據CAD模型,實(shí)體模型由RP裝置自動(dòng)完成,可以很好地保證模型的質(zhì)量。
In the field of Aeronautics and Astronautics, aerodynamic ground simulation experiment (wind tunnel experiment) is an essential part in the design of advanced space shuttle system (space shuttle). The model has the characteristics of complex shape, high precision and streamline. RP technology is adopted. According to the CAD model, the solid model is automatically completed by RP device, which can guarantee the quality of the model.
(7)在家電行業(yè)的應用目前,快速成型系統已經(jīng)在國內家電行業(yè)得到了很大程度的推廣和應用,使得許多家電企業(yè)在國內市場(chǎng)上處于地位。一些公司相繼采用快速成型系統開(kāi)發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,取得了良好的效果??焖俪尚图夹g(shù)被廣泛應用。相信隨著(zhù)快速成型技術(shù)的不斷成熟和完善,將會(huì )在越來(lái)越多的領(lǐng)域得到推廣和應用。
(7) At present, the application of rapid prototyping system in home appliance industry has been promoted and applied to a large extent, which makes many home appliance enterprises in the leading position in the domestic market. Some companies have used rapid prototyping system to develop new products, and achieved good results. Rapid prototyping technology is widely used. It is believed that with the continuous maturity and improvement of rapid prototyping technology, it will be popularized and applied in more and more fields.
