一般選用的材料是改性聚丙烯(PP),成分大致為:PP(約60%)、#p#分頁(yè)標題#e#橡膠(交聯(lián))約30%、填料(滑石粉)約9%、助劑(抗氧化劑、防腐劑、成核劑和抗紫外線(xiàn)劑等)1%。該材料具有耐低溫沖擊性(在-30℃下,IZOD沖擊強度為6.0kg.cm/cm,)且流動(dòng)性較高,同時(shí)還具有較高的涂裝密著(zhù)性(對應E-10)。
The commonly selected material is modified polypropylene (PP), which is roughly composed of PP (about 60%), #p# rubber (cross-linking) about 30%, filler (talc powder) about 9%, and additives (antioxidants, preservatives, nucleating agents and anti ultraviolet agents, etc.) 1%. The material has low temperature impact resistance (Izod impact strength is 6.0kg.cm/cm at - 30 ℃), high fluidity and high coating adhesion (corresponding to E-10).
另外,該材料的外觀(guān)品質(zhì)好,能夠滿(mǎn)足熔合紋細、表面張力好以及A級面無(wú)熔合紋等要求。材料可循環(huán)使用,并可進(jìn)行100%回收。
In addition, the material has good appearance quality and can meet the requirements of fine fusion grain, good surface tension and no fusion grain on class a surface. The material can be recycled and 100% recycled.


產(chǎn)品設計

在產(chǎn)品設計階段,使用MOLDFLOW軟件對設計進(jìn)行CAE分析,以進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)技術(shù)性檢證。該分析包括:進(jìn)膠點(diǎn)位置、進(jìn)膠點(diǎn)尺寸、產(chǎn)品重量、鎖模力、產(chǎn)品填充模擬、流動(dòng)前沿溫度、充填壓力、剪切應力、收縮率、困氣位置、熔接線(xiàn)、翹曲量、冷卻液溫度以及制件高溫度等。通過(guò)CAE分析,可以在設計階段對產(chǎn)品的不良情況進(jìn)行調整預防,保證產(chǎn)品成型的順利進(jìn)行。
In the product design stage, CAE analysis of the design is carried out by using Moldflow software for production technical verification. The analysis includes: glue inlet position, glue inlet size, product weight, mold locking force, product filling simulation, flow front temperature, filling pressure, shear stress, shrinkage, gas trap position, fusion line, warpage, coolant temperature and high temperature of parts. Through CAE analysis, the bad conditions of products can be adjusted and prevented in the design stage to ensure the smooth progress of product molding.
值得一提的是,保險杠不是“等肉厚”設計,而是根據產(chǎn)品的不同部位需要進(jìn)行“肉厚變化”,變化范圍2.6~3.4mm。大致的原則為:中間屬于厚肉區,膠口遠端為薄肉區,產(chǎn)品合流部分為薄肉區。
It is worth mentioning that the bumper is not designed with "equal meat thickness", but "meat thickness change" according to the needs of different parts of the product, with a change range of 2.6 ~ 3.4mm. The general principle is: the middle belongs to the thick meat area, the distal end of the rubber port is the thin meat area, and the confluence part of the product is the thin meat area.
通過(guò)產(chǎn)品肉厚漸變技術(shù),可以實(shí)現以下作用:注塑膠口較少,一般為2~4水口,這樣模具簡(jiǎn)單,造價(jià)成本相對較低;可以實(shí)現快速成型,由于膠口遠端為薄肉區,容易實(shí)現產(chǎn)品填充;可以節省注塑材料,通過(guò)計算,等肉厚的保險杠和肉厚漸變的保險杠重量相差約15%。
Through the product thickness gradient technology, the following functions can be realized: there are fewer injection rubber ports, generally 2 ~ 4 nozzles, so the mold is simple and the cost is relatively low; Rapid prototyping can be realized. Because the distal end of the rubber mouth is a thin meat area, it is easy to fill the product; The injection molding material can be saved. Through calculation, the weight difference between the bumper with equal meat thickness and the bumper with gradual meat thickness is about 15%.
