手板模型制作這個(gè)稱(chēng)呼是一種新的叫法，擔心大家看不懂，所以就弄了個(gè)怪怪的名字。因為有些人稱(chēng)呼模型制作，有些人稱(chēng)呼手板制作，其實(shí)都是將3D數據轉化加工成實(shí)物模型，都叫模型制作。
Handboard model making is a new name. I'm afraid we can't understand it, so I got a strange name. Because some people call it model making, some call it handboard making. In fact, they all transform 3D data into physical models, which are called model making.
而手板模型制作在整個(gè)快速成型系統中占據著(zhù)非常重要的一環(huán)，它是對快速成型外觀(guān)形體與思維的驗證，也是對結構工程設計可行性的驗證，是不可或缺的驗證環(huán)節。

其實(shí)很多工設畢業(yè)的同學(xué)，應該對模型這個(gè)詞都不陌生了，在快速成型流程中就有模型制作這一環(huán)，而且在學(xué)校學(xué)習的時(shí)候就有制作泥模的經(jīng)驗，對于為什么要制作模型應該早就有答案了。
