通常還需要進(jìn)行小量的試產(chǎn)進(jìn)而找出批量里的不足加以改善。設計完成產(chǎn)品一般不能做到很*，通常有缺陷，有的甚*無(wú)法使用，直接生產(chǎn)一旦有缺陷將全部報廢，大大浪費人力和物力和時(shí)間
A small amount of trial production is usually needed to find out the shortcomings in the batch to improve. The finished product is generally not perfect, usually defective, and some even can not be used. 而手板制作一般情況是少數的樣品，制作周期短，損耗人力物力少，很快地找出產(chǎn)品設計的不足進(jìn)而改善，為產(chǎn)品大規模生產(chǎn)提供充足的依據。減少產(chǎn)品次品及報廢率。
