三、手板質(zhì)量管理人員必須把關(guān)好每個(gè)作業(yè)流程，一旦發(fā)現問(wèn)題當即處理，以免影響后工序，浪費成本。

五、外觀(guān)手板項目進(jìn)展進(jìn)行及時(shí)的跟進(jìn)與更新、對工藝數據、圖檔、文件等材料收拾齊全。在手板制造過(guò)程中可以有據可依，產(chǎn)品規劃部和產(chǎn)品工程部的材料交流經(jīng)過(guò)一致的數據庫到達更好的交流。有用地使規劃圖檔、需求改變等材料能及時(shí)更新。

六、外觀(guān)手板在后期處理的時(shí)候需求精心的處理。包含打磨、外表強化處理、上色噴漆等嚴格操控好質(zhì)量。
