普通手板，要求表面的處理與產(chǎn)品相似，這樣才能徹底檢查出外觀(guān)的效果。在研磨時(shí)，要用很厚的砂紙把它稍微研磨一下。在進(jìn)行詳細的磨削之前，要先去除表面的粗邊。
Ordinary handboards require surface treatment similar to products, so as to thoroughly check the appearance effect. When grinding, first use a thick sandpaper to grind it slightly. Before detailed grinding, the rough edge of the surface shall be removed.
根據要求對手板表面進(jìn)行不同程度的磨削，經(jīng)過(guò)一次磨削后，通過(guò)噴涂膩子，使手板表面的粗糙度擴大。這樣眼睛就能看到缺陷。然后，有可能在計劃的基礎上進(jìn)行部分分級，直到一個(gè)面板更終完成整個(gè)磨削過(guò)程。

1. 關(guān)于基材，主要是去除基材表面的毛刺和油灰;

3.增強涂層的附著(zhù)力。在噴涂新漆膜之前，一般有必要對舊漆膜進(jìn)行打磨后的工作，因為涂層在過(guò)度光滑的外觀(guān)附著(zhù)力較差，打磨后可以增強涂層的機械附著(zhù)力。
3. Enhance the adhesion of the coating. Before spraying the new paint film, it is generally necessary to polish the old paint film, because the adhesion of the coating on the excessively smooth appearance is poor, and the mechanical adhesion of the coating can be enhanced after polishing.
